Cox Castle is seeking an associate with 6+ years of sophisticated commercial real estate transactional experience. Significant experience with complex joint ventures, acquisitions, and dispositions is required. Candidates must have strong academic credentials and solid foundational training. Admission to the California Bar is strongly preferred.
The anticipated base salary for this position begins at $285,000, dependent upon experience and other relevant factors. This position is bonus eligible. Cox Castle also offers a comprehensive benefits package.
