Cox Castle is seeking a land use associate with 2 - 4 years of experience to join our Orange County office. Our ideal candidate will have focused experience in land use (project entitlements, administrative proceedings, and litigation), including CEQA, the Coastal Act, the Map Act, housing law, and municipal law. Candidates must have strong academic credentials and solid foundational training. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Admission to the California Bar is required.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $210,000 - $240,000, dependent upon experience and other relevant factors. Cox Castle also offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Associates will work on a broad spectrum of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, finance, joint venture, and development.
