Cox Castle is seeking a land use associate with 3 - 5 years of experience to join our San Francisco office. Our ideal candidate will have focused experience in land use (project entitlements, administrative proceedings, and litigation), natural resource law, and CEQA/NEPA. Experience in renewable energy is a plus. Candidates with relevant transferable experience will also be considered. 

Candidates must have strong academic credentials and solid foundational training. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are key. Admission to the California Bar is required.

Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP is seeking an associate with 3 - 4 years of litigation experience. Cox Castle's litigation practice includes general business, real estate, construction, and labor and employment. The candidate must have experience in document collection and review, case organization, responding to discovery, and drafting pleadings, law and motion and other briefs. An excellent academic record and strong research and writing skills are required. Candidate should also have extensive knowledge of document management systems such as Relativity and Opus2. Admission to the California Bar is required.
