Cox Castle is seeking an associate with 4 - 6 years of real estate transactional experience to join our Los Angeles office to work on a broad spectrum of real estate transactions and projects for numerous publicly traded and private investors and developers, particularly those focused on industrial, healthcare, senior housing, office, resort and mixed-use projects. Our ideal candidate will have significant experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, leasing, and/or finance, but experience in all areas is not required.  Candidates should have strong academic credentials and solid foundational training. Admission to the California Bar is strongly preferred.
